Biography

Kayla consults on digital projects that look to shape the future of publishing. She designs and build public-facing digital materials and scholarship, collaborating with cultural institutions, open access publications, and faculty to find innovative uses for digital methods and tools. She is also co-director of the Digital Dissertation Scholars Program in partnership with the Fox Center for Humanistic Inquiry and the Mellon Foundation.

Projects have included the Atlanta History Center's Cyclorama AR applications, the Shakespeare and the Players Online Exhibit, the Journal of Humanities in Rehabilitation, and the Emory Women Writers Resource Project.
